some thoughts to consider..

.. as we gather the elements of FRC.


FRC should be formed to reflect the values of our CP culture. it might helpful to look back on the notes Chui wrote during our CP retreat - about how we want to interact within community & family. FRC will be part of the daily out-working of our values regarding family/community interaction, growth, & unity.


how will the room reflect this?
how will the hours of operation reflect this?
how will the resources & services reflect this?


ofcourse, FRC will operate with no strings attached - no obligation to join our CP or anything. but families who come to access the centre should be able to discover: this is what they think about family and community... how will Grace be the fragrance of FRC?

fur cat, blue fish?

the blog address is for FRC at Blue Fish (after our blue fish logo, and perhaps the building name..?) - which ended up looking like 'frcatbluefish', or 'fur cat, blue fish'..

wouldn't that be an interesting name for a children's book? maybe one of the opening books for our story-telling time?
